DUAL TEXTURE CARPET IN ANCIENT EGYPTIAN STYLE
This handmade carpet is crafted using the hand-tufting technique with two surface textures on the front side: cut and uncut loops, along with hand carving.
The design of this textured carpet in the ancient Egyptian style was created by the designers at Carpet Studio, based on a bas-relief image from part of a decorative textured wall finish.
The uncut loop of the carpet mimics stone partially worn by time, adorned with ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. This loop section is made from unique English yarn, consisting of three differently colored threads, creating the impression of ancient sandstone.
The main part of the carpet is made using V-tuft cut loop technology, with a hand-carved depiction of the ancient Egyptian sun god Ra.
The pattern on the main part of the carpet is done in two light beige shades, as if faded over millennia.
This carpet is ideal for rooms with any decor elements in the ancient Egyptian style, as well as interiors in loft or English Victorian styles (the era of great archaeological discoveries in Egypt).
