We have a variety of clients with different needs for custom carpets. Some only know that they need a carpet but have no idea about the design or size. In such cases, our designers take complete responsibility for developing several carpet sketches based on the room’s design, color scheme, lighting, and other factors that influence the carpet's pattern, shape, and size. But not in this case. After several unsuccessful attempts to propose designs featuring pirate, nautical, battle, and cartoon themes, the client sent us her own drawing and asked, "Can you do this? And make it hardcore!" Of course! Our designers only had to adapt the sketch to the hand-tufting carpet production technology and align it with the room’s dimensions and furniture. Several shape and size options were proposed. The client ultimately chose the optimal shape that precisely followed the doll's outline. Despite the extensive experience of Carpet Studio’s craftsmen, this was their first time dealing with such an unusual children's carpet design. The carpet was produced to the highest standard. The brightness and contrast of the carpet's colours are ensured by the high quality of the English wool we use. The sculptural carving of the carpet helped highlight the dissected doll’s innards, muscles, and skull details in three dimensions. The superior craftsmanship of our tufters and carvers guarantees that our carpet will match the client's vision exactly. Both the child and the client were very satisfied with our work.
